That was changed several updates ago. LOL I think that both lvl 1 and 2 now have less. To help new people to gain alliance entrance I believe.

you need to kill a thresold of troops to gain the prestige. Anyone care to enlighten about the battle thresolds to be eligible for the prestige bonus

This game is dead, they don't make new maps.
