About the neighbors issue, its already noticed. We will keep you informed.

Actually i think there's a visual indicator when the energy is re-filled every 24 hours.

It look like a "Thunder" above your neighbor picture.

What this user did was:

Sign up as lvl 20 (example), then he leveled up to lvl 45 before the league started. You can also do the same.

Is this problem affecting you since today?, i have played the game and its running well.

Which browser are you using?, Its actually a weird behavior, and its the first time reading it.

Maybe you could share your Browser Version, and maybe try another one and check if you are...

I didn't receive any email or notification about these changes, but it was surely to make the game longer and balance it a little bit..

The new maps were release today, hope you like them. But, i guess there are tons of players with thousands of resources in stock, so they'll finish the maps in no time. :(

Are you sure you have in your inventory the items your friend is asking for?

I highly recommend other browser than IE9, but it depends also on your connection.
