The Stadium is 20M$ ..How many buildings will benefit from its services ?

if you have at least 10 Skyscrapers Surrounding it .. This means 10x35x100=35000$ Every 3 minutes

A little organization will get a wonderful city .

You have trees everywhere which makes it look messy or disorganised.

But it also means you are decorating Houing which is surrounding Commerce such as your Hospital and Stadium. Above your Hospital are two rows of red arch and a row of bins. That could/should have been Skyscrapers to make $$ from your Commerce. However your roads are all higglety pigglety so no idea how you'd connect them to HQ.

Think you need to decide if you want a profitable city or just a random collection of buildings with half a forest...
