For the ''Golden Skyscraper'' 4 hours rent is only $25800 for 105 tenants.
How is this possible ?
when it have 105 tenants then how come the rent is so low ?

Not sure which details you were looking for, but the influence range for the Hollywood Theater is 10x8. I think it's on there twice also; first as Hollywood, then as Theater at the bottom.
