Clearing your cache and cookies
Sometimes your browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on Facebook Applications. In most cases you can fix your problem by simply clearing your cache and deleting your cookies.

Safari
FireFox
GoogleChrome
Internet Explorer
When you are clearing your cache, it is important to keep in mind that you must close all your open tabs, then open a new tab(Without a website) and then do the steps below.
Internet Explorer
On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click "Internet Options."
The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the "Delete…" button.
In the "Delete Browsing History" window that comes up, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are selected.
Click the "Delete" button and restart the browser.
Safari
Open Safari.
Select "Empty Cache."
Click "Empty" on the "Are you sure?" message.
Select "Preferences," then the Security tab, "Show Cookies," "Remove All."
Firefox for PCs and Macs
Click "Tools" and select "Clear Recent History."
Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
Click on "Clear Now."
Exit and relaunch browser.
Google Chrome for Mac
Click the "Chrome" category and select "Clear Browsing Data."
Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
Click on "Clear browsing data."
Exit and relaunch the browser.
Google Chrome for PC
Click the "wrench" icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Options."
In the "Under the Hood" tab, click the "Clear browsing data..." button.
Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
Click on "Clear browsing data."
Exit and relaunch the browser.
If clearing your cache hasn't solved your issue, either:
- Search to see if your issue has already been reported
- Create a new thread (and include your Facebook ID and screenshots of the issue)
- Create a support ticket regarding the issue.

Hey Survivors!
If you lose items, coins, etc.. because of a reload or server issue then if you fill out a support ticket you may get your item back by us manually crediting it back! Some of you may not know how to fill out a support ticket so this is a guide to show you how.
- Go to Help Page on the DigitalChocolate Website (you can also find it in this page's footer)
- Click on "Submit a Ticket" (below trouble shooter)
- Select "Zombie Lane", Click on "Continue"
- Click on "My Answer isn't here"
- Fill out all the fields and click Finish.
