Are you still facing this issue? Do you play the game in Facebook or G+ ? Since the data of the users are stored in different Shard DB's it might affect few users when those particular DB's go down.

If you still face this issue, please get back to us with your respective account id's.Still submit a ticket as arghya said if you have this issue.

You should go to AA groups and post that you need allies,exept if there is a Bug that makes your allies dissapear.

I play primarily on Google+ and have found a peculiarity about allies:

Both players must be in each others circles (or "added") before an ally request is processed, if an ally drops you from their circles then they immediately become lost as an ally.

Perhaps this is a Database issue, coding for G+ or both.

To ensure G+ players get your allies:

1) Each player must add the other to their circles.
2) Send and accept ally request after both players are added to circles.
3) clear browser cache.
4) exit browser.
5) clear internet cache.
6) restart browser.
7) Your new ally should be in place.

I got rewarded with the elite rocket battery so at least 10 persons accepted my invite but non of them are visible in my allies - tried also the above but this doesn't help either - anyone with a tip?

Im having the same issue. i played this game on agame but with them getting rid of it switched to facebook but i am unable to send any gifts at all and do not have any allies at the bottom of my screen. any help would be appreciated.

having the same problem on facebook, i keep on checking on how many allies i have before getting the elite eliminator, 2 allies were added today but i dont see them at the bottom of the screen.
