Hackers Beware - Luck Norris has Arrived! Ban! Ban! Ban!

Luck Norris is always listening, He is always in the know, and he is always watching. We just implemented a new system where by hackers are now nothing but a bad dream in the past, whereby if Luck Norris catches you cheating then you'll get his wrath.

DO NOT post hackers' information publicly! That information includes:

• Hackers' Names
• Hackers' Coordinates
• Hackers' Alliance Names

Any of the above information found in a public area will be immediately removed!
If you see any public posts that contain any of the above information, please PM a moderator.

How to Report a Hacker
Want to report a hacker? Please send Chico a Private Message with their:

• Name
• Co-ordinates AND Their Facebook ID (How to Find Hacker's Facebook ID)
• Time of occurrence
• Why you suspect them, along with any images

In the format of;
in the Title write "Hacker Report" ONLY, NOT "Cheater" or "Report" and in the message:

Name and Co-ordinates in (xxx, yyy) formate OR If you have it, their FBID is better!
Time
Why
Images

PM's that don't follow this format won't be dealt with as quickly as it takes more time to process them.
Please DON'T request a 'Read Receipt', it makes the process even slower to deal with the reports! (:

Please consider that the process to verify that they are cheaters, to track their movements etc. needs some days, so don't worry if you don't see them banned days ago after the report.

Cheeter @ cord 149.211 Level 35 4 has multible workers @ 4:30 pm Florida time His other 3 colonies have 6 workers on each I can't seem to take a pic I am not sure what to do

They're permanent until we, and not limited to, unban them through an appeal to support or if we made a mistake.
