Did not receive diamonds

I completed the offer for the Blockbuster movie rental for 66 credits. It's showing completed and I see the 66 diamonds on the "offers" page for obtaining said diamonds, but I have not yet received them since I did this yesterday morning, 24 hours ago. Thoughts?

We're aware of Diamond Crediting, and unfortunately at this present time we can't credit them - however hopefully in a few days or say the system will be up and running and you'll be credited.

I really apologize for the inconvenience, could you please send me PM with all details of your order and your DC ID?
As Already Gravity says we are still unable to manually credit them but we'll investigate on that and we will find a good solution for you.
