Speed ups not working - yet taking diamonds

Hi

Just spent 30 diamonds on getting 28 jeep speed up.. Took the diamonds but the jeeps have not made it into my barracks. I have refreshed and they are still not there! I wouldn't be so bothered but diamonds cost good hard cash.

Can you look at my logs please to see why this keeps happening??

I didn't take screen prints as I didn't know this was going to happen - and I'm not going to try again as I'd have to buy diamonds..

hhmmmm reading between the lines, it was a basic - errr tough!! But we have had a few back and forth now (and no, still no resolution!) Including them sending me links that don't work lol.... (they said they were aware it had expired - so what was the point in sending it me wonders .... ) and claiming that it was a package and it would be in my inventory lol... I did explain that, no it wasn't a package and certainly wasn't there!! The ticket has been opened and closed more times than a hen lays eggs lol.... I get the feeling they it was a brush off that didn't quite work

Hopefully 'one' person is now looking into it (as it's kind of obvious, from one reply I got, that the previous replys hadn't been read by that person)

Hm, Well from what I know, the back-end system of the game is being completely re-jiggedly-wiggeldy and the support team are really good - most likely some technical issues with the back end which they can't control from their department. They'll try their absolute hardest to try and resolve your ticket though! (:
