Hi there, i tried a contact by support team, but still no reply...
Yesterday i was playing and when i tryed to Visit travel to another location, it didint happen and all my customization is gone...my fencez, garden,flower,post mail, advertence sign, etc....only my house and the molotov maker are still live....
I don´t know what to do, because I´m in 17 level and i dont want to start again....It happen some weeks ago and icant begin everything again...Please help. What can i do

First, almost all of the neighbors had disappeared a few days back, but not at full strength, had once again invited. Now there are other problems: does not reach the majority of requests for gifts and presents from their neighbors. It's just annoying - notification come, you come to the game - and there in the "message" - NOTHING!
