In order to help serve you better in getting this bug fixed, please post the issue you are having, whether it be sending gifts, accepting gifts, or hiring friends. I have issues with getting notifications in Google+, but when in game no messages appear.
Also my neighbours list has had a high number removed for no apparent reason.
My friend who plays daily sends requests and I cannot see him or hie requests in-game

I have same issue, but on FB, when I get notifications saying I got gifts, some are also what I request for quests, and also what neighbours request from me, but on the game messages, there is nothing.

Not happening to every gift I get but probably around half of them.

I have being requesting neighbours to staff my station for weeks now, some don't get the request others do and I get the notification on facebook that they have accepted but it doesn't carry through to the game.
I only seem to get my requests accepted from a couple of my neighbours now and a few have even vanished from my game completely.

I just want my rotten station completed like it should be

I am still only getting a small percentage of the gifts that are given to me, I should be getting well over 100 gifts a day but only get 26, please help

I am having issues with all of the above.

I have something like 50 friends that play but only a few load when I start the game. Then, some of their images don't load. Sometimes I'll see some people have visited my town, but I can't visit their towns because it says they haven't done the tutorial yet (which is false).

Today, only two of my friends loaded and was only able to send gifts to two friends. I also get 0 messages ever. So I can't hire anyone to complete my buildings.

The game is becoming unbearable.

I don't know what the DChoc User ID is or how to get it.

To find your DChoc User ID, when you open up the game at the bottom of the play screen you will see the following...

click on the portion of the link that says "User ID" that will show your DChoc ID.

Having the same gift receiving and sending issues as everyone and now my friends are missing or the ones that do show on the bottom say they haven't finished the tutorial but it's a lvl 80 player um... lol
