I'm also having this problem, it's pretty annoying. I can only see 5 neighbours when there had been 40+ before. And this problem is following me having to reload my webpage every few minutes when trying to collect rent the week before. Hopefully it all gets fixed soon!

this problem is pretty serious ... and I am not getting gifts anymore, and I'm not sure if my neighbours (incl the lost ones) are getting my gifts anymore, either.

I guess.... I am going to stop this game and concentrate on Zynga poker, until the neighbours and gifting problems are solved.
