My game is lagging

the game loads fine and all but when i click on the map to go to a job in downtown to quaside and v.v. it takes a while to slide over and when im in a job i click it 5 or 6 times on a job and 10-15 seconds later it takes out my work time . plz fix this bug it is making me angry and i like this game!
