Game not working again!

Richoey will be here soon telling you to clear your cache 20 times, use four different browsers, ask your friends to take you off restricted, then refresh each browser 40 times, and if that doesn't work stop griping. He's a hoot. The game just doesn't work anymore. Not sure if it's a corruption problem on the servers or the data base. The gifting issues go on. Mine worked for about 3 hours last week I think. I got a notice saying they had fixed it but after dinner it was right back to the same issues.

1. A box appearing when trying to return gifts saying you have to select a player when you already have
2. Your notification on the home page says you have 20 messages and when you get to the game you have 9 or less.

I usually check in now once a day and try to play. I submitted multiple tickets with no results yet. They may have to tear down the whole data base to find the issue.

Richoey please keep your useless suggestions to yourself. You've caused more confusion than it's worth.

I just tried to submit a ticket but I can't because the required SNUID field is inaccessible because of the error on the page it tells you to go to get it in the little hint {?} popup next to the field. I'm stuck.

Do not lose this number! => 100001586044089 <= I found your ID by looking at your profile picture. The number right before &type=1&theater is usually the user's FB ID number. If not, then it's one of the other numbers there.

While it doesn't work in all cases, clearing cache multiple times, etc has been known to solve a wide variety of errors, so it is usually recommended to do that first anyway.

Mostly play on the Dchoc portal site, but that looks like a FB ID. Hope it still works, submitted the ticket with it.

im having the same problem on chrome...but there have been a lot of problem with zombie lane lately...so who knows :-)

Kyle - He offers that same solutions to every problem even going so far as to say there are no issues it's the users inability to follow his direction. I just get tired of someone trying to be a mod when he isn't. We all understand the need to clear cache and do all the little things to make it work. But when hundreds of people have issues, to be told by this guy it's not an issue is frustrating. Problem is some people try his advice over and over. I understand the willingness to help and sometimes it's appreciated. But he really needs to give it a rest. There are some serious issues with the game right now that will not be solved by using multiple browsers, refreshing the game, and clearing the cache. No big deal. It's a free game that's fun to play at night. Just don't add to the confusion and let the mods handle it.

Every time I unwither a neighbor's crops the game forces a reload now!

The person (I was trying to unwither her crops) can't load her game.
She gets the "Something is wrong" message trying to load the game.
So I guess that is why I can't do ANY work in her farm - not even mend fences.

It seems quite a few of my neighbors cannot load the game.
Because I am getting a forced RELOAD message on a few of them.
So I guess I will take a break (again) from this game. patiently waiting as always...

since your last maintanice you guys have only problems with your database, may you can tell us "oh guys sry we have a problem with our database" but we dont get a damn word about that.

i dread to think whats going happen when the "THANK YOU FOR SUBMITTING A TICKET" program screws up
that will be the end of the game as its the only damned thing in the game that seems to work correctly
