Man am I tired of the gift section not working. But this newest incarnation takes the cake
This is how I used to do it:
- open message tab. Go through list and click all send gift requests
- Now click all accept gift tabs.
- after each accept, a window opens to confirm you want to send gift to person. click send
used to be very efficient and on one screen.
NOW what is happening is that you cannot send gifts back in the same screen. You click accept and the gift goes to NEW but there is no button to send back.
you have to CLICK OUT OF THE TAB AND THEN CLICK BACK IN to be able to send gifts back.
This is the stupidest process I have ever encountered in a game of this type.I am a business analyst in my real job and I would be fired if I gave my end users this process.
Am I the only one having this issue? I have cleared my cache (daily) and tried it one three separate browsers. There was no announcement of a new process nor no fix mentioned.
I submitted a ticket and showed them the three separate pictures of the steps I go through.
If I am not the only one, I say we demand a revision to the old way as it takes so long to go through sending and receiving gifts now that I just click ignore on any gifts that are sent. I sucks for me because now no one is sending me energy drinks or grenades because it takes too long to get them.
Please Digital Chocolate, give your heads a collective shake, fire the guy that suggested that workflow/process and change it back.
