How do I get higher income on commerces?

HI!

At the moment i am concentrating on getting higher incomes from my commerce's, my best commerce ( in money per person ) is The Sydney opera house or my aquarium, i also have a vegas spire two hot dog carts and 2 malls,
I earn about 40,000 from my sydney opera and 38 from the vegas spire and the rest about 25000 so my average is about 30,000.
In total i earn about 180000 every 3 mins.

I am level 43,
Please can u guys suggest some ideas on which commerces come in most useful that are priced reasonably.

I would suggest hot dog stands in rows followed with 2 rows of houses. hot dog stands are good because they are cheap,(only 10 million) and when you higher level you can replace them with rich rock cafes which take up the same 3x2 space, make 190$ per tenant, but overcourse cost 185 million each. My rich rock cafes each make around 450,000 every 3 min. With all of them together i make 60 million every 3 min.

If you really want to make money with your commerce you have to fit as many tenants withing the blue haze that shows before you set the commerce/house down. Some of my commerce now brings in $350,000 as I have stuffed as many homes (mines) hold 90 peeps or skyscrapers with 2x3 grid or smaller. You will be amazed just how many homes you can fit in the haze if you take time and use a pencil and paper to put your plans to action.
