Bandits have reset the connection Error

Hi for the past few days I have been getting Bandits have reset the connection message all the time it's getting annoying, I tried 3 different browsers google chrome, firefox & Internet explorer and the same thing happens on them all sometimes it's like every 10-30 seconds other times I'll get a couple minutes of playing time hope there is a fix for this soon

LOL! Sorry Sheriff, I think Blackice is referring to the general connection error message. There are no actual bandits that cause this to happen. Blackice, is this still happening? Have you tried clearing your cache? If this continues to happen, please submit a support ticket.

A lot of times, connection errors are due to server lag or due to hotfixes being implemented during game play.

I apologize for any inconvenience or disruption of your game play and I hope it resolves itself quickly.

Yeah Ive been getting a connection error for about a half hour now. Can make it to my town but when you try to go anywhere else......

Dang Connection error keeping me from playing the game. I was able to play all morning. This just started this evening. I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer. Everything is up to date. I just can't play the game. Already sent a support ticket in. Just wanted to post in the forum as well that I can't get into the game.

been happening a lot today........ on my boomtown. soon as i click on an action i get the error connection message so i cant collect energy or rent, duel, or request gifts..
so bad now error connection message appears without me clicking on anything grr

I have been having the same issue, it was fine this morning but all day it has been telling me to refresh and takes me to a blank screen, wtf is going on. I am going to lose all the stuff i have done this morning and my gold coins i get for coming on 5 days in a row, this is bullsh** and someone needs to fix the issue

Same for me, all day today.
