Unable to load

I've been unable to load the game for a really long time even after the update.
After loading the game on browser if I leave the game and come back it keeps saying that connection to HQ has been lost and when it does work everything I've done before is reset.

This is not your facebook id....

To find the Facebook id ..Just click on your profile picture..for Chrome ---> Right Click --> Open link in new tab --> Send us the whole link which is in the browser tab.

Can you also send your email id which you used in your facebook account.

Thanks for your reply. Are you getting this error once you load the game or during game play this error message is displayed randomly.

It occurs when I load the game. When I start Army Attack everything is fine, but after I leave the page or click on Inbox tab and want to come back to the game after a short time (few hours) this error occurs and I can't load the game anymore. When I'm able to load it everything I did gets reset.
