    Question Objects you get by picking resources

    Hi, I would appreciate much a precise explanation on how you get the objects from mines or houses. I consider three options, (with the example of the helmet, which is one of these objects) :

    1. You get these objects thanks to the number of times you picked up the resources.
    For example, you get your first helmet after 100 pick up in your houses (no matter how many coins you get for each pick up), the second one after 225 pick up, etc.

    2.You get them thanks to the amount of resources picked up.
    For example, you get your first helmet after 10 000 coins picked up (no matter how many picking up it takes), your second helmet after 30 000 coins picked up, etc.

    3.You get them perfectly randomly.

    May you tell me which option is the one effective in the game, or at least the closest one ?

    It is down to total random.

    1. if you only had to get it by number of times you harvest a mine etc players would just spam the mine.
    2. if it was down to amount it would favor the higher levels as they harvest alot more.
    3. so best way is to give everyone is a random chance, thou the more goes you have the better the chance ish.

    They're pseudorandom! They're 'weighted' in chance, so there's a 3% change you'll get item x, and a 5% chance you'll get item B.

    You would be right if there was periodic rewards, such as a helmet every 10 000 resources, but here I was thinking about growing amount of resources needed : 10 000 coins for the first, 35 000 for the second,, so that high level players must pick up for example 25 000 000 coins to get a helmet =)

    If there is for example 3% chance to get a helmet each time you pick up coins, then you just have to "spam" the house, am I wrong ?

    So even the pseudorandom theory isn't likely to be the one used in the game..

    Of course there's other factors to it, but the base generation is pseudorandom.
