    What about something that notifies you when you're being spied ?
    Or, more precisely, a system of percentage of chance to be notified when people spy you ?
    There would be a building for this :
    level 1 : 10 % chance to be notified of a spy
    level 2 : 15% chance " " "
    etc...

    A second possibility is to instore a system of percentage of chance to spy somebody without being spotted, I mean a percentage of chance not to notify the guy you spy that you spied him.
    There would be a building such as :
    lvl 1 : 10% chance to spy without notifying
    lvl 2 : 15% chance """
    etc..

    The first option would imply that at a low level (of star base), people will be able to spy you without being spotted, but at a high level, you will be able to know nearly every time you are spied. The second option implies the contrary.

    That would make the system of attack more exciting, and add more strategy : you don't want the guy you are about to attack to use his "Lightning Bullet" (which improves his turrets' attack), because he just saw that you spied him !
    So maybe sometimes it is better to attack him without spying him just before !

    that would be a nice extra building one for spying undetected and one for detecting being spied i like the idea.

    I think that's a good idea, but to make spying more important perhaps there could be an option to chose the highest priority buildings when you spy right before an attack. Then your soldiers attack the buildings you chose first, and tafter that they attack other things. This way your soldiers don't go shooting at useless things.

    Choosing buildings to attack would completely ruin pathing. Ruin the tactics of defense.

    I do not agree with that superlol. You can build a wall around the high priority buildings so that when they attack the building is protected. You could also just put useless buildings all around the important ones so that when the other players attack they can't do any damage to the important building. There are infinite possibilities to help defend your base properly, you just have to be creative enough to find them. Or you can just look around in the forum and wait for someone creative to tell you.

    I agree with superlol, if you prioritize buildings to attack it takes all the fun of making a strategy out of the game.

    Yes, I see your point but on the other hand I think it would add another level of strategy to the game and make it more fun. I'm just putting this out there because there is nothing more annoying than seeing how your troops get shot down as they attack a useless building such as a wall when the base it right in front of them.

    Actually, I think it would take away a level of strategy. You have to anticipate where your troops would go, but with priorities, you choose where they go instead so you already know they're going to go there.

    Yes, I guess your right. I say we scrap my idea and go back to the main idea of this thread: a spies world. Perhaps there could be a type of secret service building on your planet that allows you to spy and not notify the person your spying on and also there could be an upgrade to the building that allows you to make a fake planet design so that when someone spies on you they see something that isn't your real planet.

    I am going to disagree with that because to be able to spy is an advantage and we need to be able to see their base before we attack.
